Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must have original tags.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) otherwise the cost is yours. In case of a defective item or an error on our part, you will need to return the item (with all original tags attached or the return will be rejected) to us at your cost within 30 days of receipt. We will inspect the item and when your return is approved, we will credit you the cost for the return and the original purchase amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
